Roof Leak Consultants knows better than most just how frustrating, expensive, and often misdiagnosed roof leaks are. That’s why we have focused exclusively on roof leak detection and repair for decades, finding the true source of a leak and fixing it correctly, without unnecessary roof replacement.
Owned and operated by Jon Annis, Roof Leak Consultants is known throughout the region for solving hard-to-find roof leaks that other contractors can’t locate.
Jon Annis — Owner & Lead Roof Leak Specialist
Jon Annis is the owner and lead roof leak specialist of Roof Leak Consultants (formerly Mike Evangelist Roof Leak Specialist). A graduate of North Montco Technical Career Center, Jon holds a journeyman’s card with a primary focus in the building trades.
Jon’s background spans commercial construction, carpentry, and roofing, followed by years in custom residential home building. That well-rounded experience allows him to understand how roofing systems, flashing, ventilation, windows, and structure work together — and where failures most commonly occur.
Jon began working alongside Mike Evangelist in 2008, learning the specialized methods used to diagnose and repair roof leaks that are frequently missed during standard inspections. Over the years, he became an integral part of the company’s operations and reputation.
On January 1, 2026, Jon assumed full ownership of the business. Today he leads our roof leak detection and repair services with the same leak-first, repair-focused approach customers have relied on for decades — combining proven hands-on experience with modern diagnostic tools such as infrared thermal imaging.
